Fran & Elsa

I recently had the pleasure of photographing two enchanting young sisters, Fran & Elsa. A Portrait.

Is a portrait a portrait when there is no face? I believe there is a time in a child’s life (or many) when their actions, gestures, or the trails they leave tell more about them than their physical qualities. Poor little Ravi…a one-month old baby of friends of ours has some uncomfortable reflux issues, and much of our time together was spent with him crying.
